You unlock Tom when you complete Extra Game...I think with 100% too. I've been trying to stave off playing it...
Betas\Astros - Damn...I really want those V1 and 1.5s only nobody stateside has them. There are plenty of store in Japan though...RARRG. The one store that does sell them says that the others are out of production, but i know htat isn't true when others are buying them...maybe I SHOULD post on the Doumei
