And I didn't get it till....
Tue, 29 Oct 2002 21:58:57 -0700 (MST)
Funny thing though...we were both using the SAME e-mail service... O.O
Oh well....
I got my motherboard today...hopefully I won't screw this up too....I need 'puter!!!
Update: CJ fianlly did it! She's off my friends list....
I will not stand ANYONE who psts themselves on the back for killing a living creature...especially a roach! Roaches are very harmless, they don't carry diseases and they don't bite. Call me crazy but...I beleive insects have a right t live too!

Re:
Date: 2002-10-31 12:49 am (UTC)I won't get into a comment war, but I will say this: It was one roach. You like roaches, I'm sure you know how many offspring those things can have at a time. I don't share my living space with bugs. I'm not having the thing possibly crawl all over my face (because it was in my bed, mind you) because it's a living thing. I don't hate animals or anything, but I don't live with bugs. Not knowingly. Does that make me a bad human being? Maybe. But don't jump down my throat because I fear them and you love them to death.
And you can't tell me you've never stepped on a bug in the street. Let me guess, you zigzag, right? Unless you can tell me that, your argument flies out the window. You'll have killed what you feel has such a huge right to live. And let me say, I do too--I don't touch bugs outside my room. But once they come in here, that's it. So don't try to make me look evil. I live in New York City, lots of bugs here. I pass up more chances to kill bugs than you know.
Listen hon, to each his own. If you're not going to be friends with people who kill roaches, you're going to find yourself passing up a LOT of friendships. That's what I meant by "I'm not the only one".
That said, enjoy your life! I personally don't have a desire to be even slightly a part of it anymore. ^_^

Date: 2002-10-31 02:54 pm (UTC)I crashed my bike into a tree to avoid a roach that was in my way. I DO walk zig zag and constantly look at the ground. I even bury all the roaches other people have killed. What I'm saying is that did you need to kill the thing, NO you could have scooped it up into a container and chucked it outside.
Let's see, the last friend that killed a spider actually came down to a you or me and guess what. She wrote a requiem for it and actually had a conscious.
Good riddance anyways. Go and have fun murdering small animals!
